01Who we are and what this notice covers
Grid Platforms Limited is the company responsible for this corporate marketing website. This notice covers browsing the site and contacting us through the enquiry details shown here. Individual Grid products may have their own privacy notices and data-processing arrangements.
02Information you choose to provide
When you email us, you may provide your name, email address, organisation and the content of your enquiry.
Please provide only information necessary for your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, patient or learner records, or other sensitive information through this general contact form.
When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, enquiry type and message, and your organisation if you choose to provide it. The website sends these details through our hosting and email delivery providers to Grid Platforms' corporate email mailbox. The website application does not maintain a database or archive of enquiries. Our email delivery provider processes message content and delivery information, and received messages are retained in our corporate email system. You can also contact us directly at suites@gridplatforms.com.ng using your own email application.
03Technical information and tracking
Hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request timing, to operate and protect the website. The contact form uses limited security controls, including request limits, to reduce automated misuse. We do not include your IP address in the enquiry notification email.
We have not added advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies to this corporate website. Third-party sites reached through external links have their own practices.
04How information is used
We use contact details and messages to assess and respond to enquiries, discuss requested products or business relationships, and maintain appropriate correspondence. We also process limited technical information to protect the form against misuse and maintain reliable delivery.
The applicable basis depends on the activity: responding to steps you request before a potential agreement, legitimate interests in handling ordinary business enquiries and protecting the site, or legal obligations where relevant. Where a separate activity requires consent, it should be requested for that purpose.
05Service providers and external links
Our website is hosted on Vercel. We use Resend to transmit contact-form notifications to our corporate mailbox hosted by GO54. These providers process the information needed to host, secure, transmit or retain the enquiry and its associated technical records. Processing may take place outside Nigeria. We review the applicable service arrangements and safeguards for these transfers.
Following a link to a Grid product or another website takes you to a separate service. Review that service’s notice before submitting information. This notice does not describe every product’s processing.
06Security and retention
Enquiry content is processed temporarily by the website application to validate and transmit it; we do not intentionally record message bodies in application logs. Our service providers may retain delivery and security records, and messages received in our corporate mailbox remain subject to our correspondence-retention arrangements. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, the resulting relationship and applicable legal requirements, and restrict access to authorised personnel.
No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free. If you believe information shared with us has been mishandled, contact us with enough detail to investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive material.
07Your questions and rights
You may contact us about how your information is handled, request access or correction, or ask about deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. If processing relies on consent, you may ask to withdraw it. The response will depend on the applicable law and circumstances.
We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity and understand a request. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
08Contact and updates
Send privacy enquiries to suites@gridplatforms.com.ng. Our public address is No. 4, Sefadu Close, Wuse II, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
